Survey for Canberra and region parents affected by disability
Marymead, with a group of supporters, is considering the possibility of building a new facility to provide spaces and
services for families affected by disability.
If we are in the position of providing a new service we want to ensure that we offer a service that families need. The facility would be developed by a private benefactor and managed by Marymead with the intention of offering a benefit to Canberra families. The services offered might start in a limited way and develop as funding opportunities are found.
We would appreciate your views and thoughts.
This survey will be totally anonymous, unless you specifically indicated that you were happy to be named and have your information shared or for us to contact you. We will not be asking for names.
