We achieve our mission by:

a diversity of backgrounds;
- Providing timely, caring and high quality services in a safe
environment;
- Maintaining a strong team of innovative and committed staff
working within an ethical framework;
- Resourcing service programs to ensure quality of outcomes;
- Promoting community and government awareness and commitment
to emerging community needs;
- Developing effective partnerships with government, non-government
and the community to provide necessary child and family services
to the Canberra region;
- Establishing and maintaining effective management structures
and processes.
