I have worked across both corporate and not-for-profit fields over the past 17 years. I have extensive experience within the Out of Home Care sector, working within policy development, intensive therapeutic residential care and foster care services, to provide strong leadership and direction to Marymead programs. I am passionate about implementing trauma informed practice and managing strong teams to improve outcomes for the community’s most vulnerable members. I have developed strong relationships with community and government stakeholders and also have been integral to the expansion of Marymead services into NSW. I commenced employment with Marymead in 2011 as a Senior Caseworker and I am now the Permanency Program Unit Manager.
I have a Bachelor of Social Science, Social Work, I am an Accredited CARE Trainer, RPL Case Management, I have a Diploma of Professional Counselling—Australian Institute of Professional Counselling and I also have Certificate II Diploma of Financial Planning.
