Accessing Website

Your privacy is important to us. We respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you across our website and social media accounts.

You may wish to remain anonymous while using our site. Any personal information we collect must be knowingly and actively provided to us by you when using our website. Personal information is only required when we have a legitimate reason for doing so, such as when submitting an enquiry form or donating.

Data collected by Marymead is encrypted in transit and stored on servers within Australia, data is also sent via email to Marymead.

You always retain the right to withhold personal information from us and request details of any personal information we hold about you.

In order to provide you with your services, Marymead will need to gather personal information about you and/or your child.

Marymead wants you to feel comfortable sharing your personal information so it is important you are aware of your privacy rights.

  • Marymead only collects information that helps us to provide a service to you
  • All client information is stored securely
  • Your information is only seen by those in Marymead working directly with you on a ‘need to know’ basis
  • Your information will only be shared with other services, or another Marymead program, with your permission
  • In most cases you can request to see your information. It will not include information about other people

Limits to Privacy

If Marymead receives information that a client may be at risk of harm, we may need to make a report to child protection services and/or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and/or the police. In addition, information may need to be provided to other agencies or the courts in accordance with legal requirements.
