In June 2022, I was welcomed to the role of Director of Permanency at Marymead.
Moving from Queensland, I bring with me approximately 17 years of experience in the non-government sector, predominantly in child protection and foster and residential care, in a number of capacities (including work in NSW). My experience also spans across both the disability and aged care sectors. I have benefited from undertaking this work in both metropolitan and rural communities.
I am a passionate leader who is focussed on positive outcomes for families, children and young people, carers and staff. I hold a Bachelor of Human Services, but also believe that ongoing learning and professional development are key to growth. I have a keen interest in training and public speaking as well as innovation.
When not at work, I enjoy playing hockey and spending time with my family and dogs.
