Family Skills Program works towards supporting and improving parenting skills and relationships.

Family Skills is facilitated by professionals either individually or in a group environment, benefiting from shared experiences. We provide a safe environment to help grow and improve parenting skills and relationships to positively change lives and the lives of their family members.

Individual Counselling

Family Skills clinicians provide therapeutic general counselling for parents/carers. We offer 6 – 12 one-hour sessions for those experiencing difficulties with parenting/caring for children due to a range of issues. We help parents/carers find ways to deal with their children’s emotions, reduce conflict and build resilience, and develop ways to manage their own emotions.
